R & R Masonry was founded in 1963 by brothers Rennie and Richard Tejeda as a union commercial masonry contractor in the Southern California area.  Rennie, former bricklayer and foreman, was the field superintendent for the company and Richard was the estimator.  Richard retired in the late 1970’s, and soon after, Rennie’s two sons joined the business; Steve Tejeda, as the estimator and project manager in 1982, and Ken Tejeda as the estimator and controller in 1986.  The company began to perform handset stone on commercial projects in the 1980’s expanding the work of the company.  With the retirement of Rennie in the late 1990’s, Steve and Ken took over running the business and managing the daily operations of R & R Masonry.

For over 55 years, R&R Masonry has been providing quality masonry construction on hundreds of projects in Southern California. Many of these projects are the most notable and recognizable in the area.  We have many years of experience working together with General Contractors and the Design Team on large and complex projects.   We share the common goal of achieving a high quality product and Architectural finish for the project. We are an MBE union masonry contractor committed to the highest level of professionalism, integrity and fairness in our relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, General Contractors, and professional associates. We ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business achieved by our clients’ satisfaction in all areas including timeliness, quality of work and service-minded attitudes.
